Hi, I’m Dr. Lynne
And it’s so nice to meet you
I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) in the Durham region and virtually across all of Ontario.
I have a confession to make… I am a total hormone and
health nerd. With nearly a decade of experience treating complex hormonal concerns, weight loss resistance, anxiety, and burnout, I recognize that you might be left without answers and real solutions because labs and bloodwork come back ‘normal’ but you don’t feel like yourself.
I know how it feels to have to plan your entire life around your hormones. I’ve been there with my own journey navigating PCOS and IBS. My passion is to help you navigate your hormonal health and provide you with comprehensive assessments so that we can achieve effective results with our treatment plan.
I believe that hormonal health gives you strength. When you feel good and your hormones are working for you, you can show up for life’s adventures.

My story
After years of suffering from irregular cycles, really severe period cramps, and IBS and at the breaking point of my health journey, I was told to take hormonal birth control and that there was nothing else that could be done for me because my bloodwork was normal.
I felt so defeated. Not only did I want answers and to understand why my cycles and hormones caused me so many symptoms, but I wanted a real solution too. That’s when I found a naturopathic doctor who gave me answers to my symptoms and after a lot of hard work, I started feeling like myself again.
This drove my career choice to become an ND. My mission was to help other women and menstruators to feel like themselves again too.

I know the importance of seeing someone soon and sometimes my waitlist doesn’t allow me to get you in right away. I have a wonderful team of colleagues at my clinic who would be happy to see you and help you with your concerns.
